Diet of Prophet Muhammad SAW

For this time of entry, I want to share a little bit about how diet of our Prophet Muhammad SAW. I realize, many of us do not practice the way of diet and eat of Prophet Muhammad SAW. A proper way of eat ensure the healthy of our physical, mental and spiritual. So, together we follow the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad SAW. 


1. The Prophet does not drink milk when he ate meat, chiken   or fish.

2. The Prophet forbade drinking milk with vinegar.

3. Do not eat fruit and drink milk together.

4. The Prophet did not eat fish, meat, eggs or lettuce leaves together. 

5. The Prophet eat fruits before heavy foods like wheat or bread.

6. The Prophet used to eat whole grains such as Habbatus Sawda' and barley and oats. 

7. The Prophet forbade leaving the dinner. 

8. Avoid glut before bed.

9. Fasting

10. The Prophet also eats fruits and preferred cucumber  vegetable type, and also The Prophet really loves dates fruit. 

11. The Prophet always practice drinking a lot of water and take honey.

11. Touched a pinch of salt before eating.

12. Wash hand before eat and prayer.
